Please forward the offending email to abuse@gridinbox.com.

Important: We need full email headers.

How to find email headers?如何找到邮件头?

Gmail: Open the email -> Click the three dots (More) -> Select "Show original". Copy the content.

Outlook: Open the email -> File -> Properties -> Look at "Internet headers".

Our Investigation Process我们的调查流程
Once we receive your report:

- We verify the headers to confirm the email originated from our IPs.我们验证邮件头以确认邮件源自我们的 IP。
- We identify the customer account responsible.我们识别责任客户账户。
- We immediately pause the account pending investigation.我们立即暂停该账户以待调查。
- If abuse is confirmed, the account is terminated permanently.如果确认滥用,该账户将被永久终止。
