How to Report如何举报

Please forward the offending email to abuse@gridinbox.com. 请将违规邮件转发至 abuse@gridinbox.com

Important: We need full email headers. 重要提示:我们需要完整的邮件头。

Without the full headers, we cannot trace the specific account responsible for the abuse. 如果没有完整的邮件头,我们无法追踪导致滥用的具体账户。

How to find email headers?如何找到邮件头?

  • Gmail: Open the email -> Click the three dots (More) -> Select "Show original". Copy the content. Gmail: 打开邮件 -> 点击三个点(更多) -> 选择“显示原始内容”。复制内容。
  • Outlook: Open the email -> File -> Properties -> Look at "Internet headers". Outlook: 打开邮件 -> 文件 -> 属性 -> 查看“Internet headers”。
  • Apple Mail: View -> Message -> All Headers. Apple Mail: 视图 -> 信息 -> 所有标头。

Our Investigation Process我们的调查流程

Once we receive your report: 一旦收到您的举报:

  1. We verify the headers to confirm the email originated from our IPs.我们验证邮件头以确认邮件源自我们的 IP。
  2. We identify the customer account responsible.我们识别责任客户账户。
  3. We immediately pause the account pending investigation.我们立即暂停该账户以待调查。
  4. If abuse is confirmed, the account is terminated permanently.如果确认滥用,该账户将被永久终止。
