1. Subscription & Automatic Renewal1. 订阅与自动续费

GridInbox operates on a recurring subscription basis. Your subscription will legally renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel strictly before the renewal date. GridInbox 基于循环订阅模式运营。除非您在续费日期前明确取消,否则您的订阅将在每个计费周期(月度或年度)结束时依法自动续订。

2. Cancellation Policy2. 取消政策

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Billing" section in your dashboard. 您可以随时通过仪表板中的“Billing (账单)”部分取消订阅。

  • Effect: Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current pre-paid period. 效力: 取消操作将停止未来的扣费。您将保留对已付费功能的访问权限,直至当前预付周期结束。
  • No Partial Refunds: GridInbox strictly does not provide refunds or credits for any partial months or years of service, or for periods where the account remained open but unused. 无部分退款: GridInbox 严禁对任何不满一个月或一年的服务周期,或账户已开通但未使用的期间提供退款或积分。

3. Refund Policy (B2B Exemption)3. 退款政策 (B2B 豁免)

As GridInbox is a B2B (Business-to-Business) service provider, standard consumer protection "cooling-off" periods do not apply unless mandated by local law. All sales are final. 由于 GridInbox 是 B2B(企业对企业)服务提供商,除非当地法律强制规定,否则标准消费者保护法的“冷静期”不适用。所有销售均为最终决定。

Exceptions where refunds may be granted:可能准予退款的例外情况:

  • System Billing Error: If you were charged due to a technical error on our end (e.g., double billing for the same period). 系统计费错误: 如果因我方技术错误导致您被错误扣费(例如同一周期重复扣费)。
  • Significant Service Failure: If the Service was completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance). 重大服务故障: 如果服务连续不可用超过 48 小时(不包括计划维护)。

4. Termination for Violation (No Refund)4. 因违规终止 (无退款)

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., sending spam, phishing, fraud), you forfeit all prepaid fees. Absolutely no refunds will be issued under these circumstances. 如果您的账户因违反我们的服务条款或可接受使用政策(例如发送垃圾邮件、网络钓鱼、欺诈)而被暂停或终止,您将没收所有预付费用。在此类情况下,我们绝对不会退款。

5. Disputes & Chargebacks5. 争议与拒付

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card provider or PayPal without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and organization from using GridInbox services. 如果您未先联系我们的支持团队解决问题,便向您的信用卡提供商或 PayPal 发起拒付或争议,我们保留永久禁止您的账户和组织使用 GridInbox 服务的权利。
